Messages can potentially be viewed by persons who have access to your device, account, notifications, backups or shared contact channels. Please inform the clinic if you prefer not to receive sensitive information through a particular communication method.
No emergency use
Do not use WhatsApp, email, website forms or waiting-room messages for emergencies or urgent conditions requiring immediate assessment.
Response times
Messages may not receive an immediate response. A message does not confirm that a doctor has seen it until an appropriate response is provided.
